Creating amazing mannequins with sustainability in their hearts

Our story began in 1991, when the first mannequins produced in Lithuania left the newly build facility. Since then, IDW has evolved from a passionate vision into an internationally trusted partner for the world’s most iconic fashion brands. For over three decades, we have been part of shaping the visual landscape of retail by creating exception mannequins for major retail destination.
What sets us apart is our commitment to keeping every stage of the mannequin making process under one roof. From traditional hand-sculpting, advanced 3D modelling and in-house mold making, to extrusion blow-molding of mannequins from carefully selected recyclable plastics, sanding and painting or upholstering, and quality control, every single phase of the manufacturing process takes place in our factory. This unique approach allows us to maintain the highest standards while offering flexibility to create bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s unique vision.

For over 35 years we have made mannequins and display solutions in Vilnius, Lithuania – not “designed in Europe, made in the Far East”. One factory. One team. 100% recyclable materials. Full accountability for every impact we create.
Sustainability for us is not a marketing layer added to a finished product. It is a design constraint, a sourcing rule and a manufacturing method. This approach combines transparency, agility, and manufacturing expertise. For our clients, this means dependable quality, responsible service, and display solutions designed for the realities of modern retail.

Our mission
Our vision

With capacity to produce more than 100,000 mannequins per year, our manufacturing setup is built for both scale and responsiveness.
Everything begins and ends in Vilnius. Our mannequins are extrusion blow-molded from carefully selected recyclable plastics, sanded, finished, quality-checked and packed under one roof – then shipped worldwide. In addition, we make our own aluminum molds and have a 30 plus employee metal-works, with welding, CNC milling, laser cutting, powder coating and other facilities available in-house.
All of our packaging cardboard is FSC®-certified, sourced from responsibly managed forests that meet strict environmental, social and economic criteria. FSC® certification guarantees traceability and reinforces our commitment to protecting ecosystems, respecting local communities and using natural resources responsibly.
Why this matters? A short and transparent supply chain. Manufacturing and material sourcing in Europe gives our European and American clients a structural emissions advantage over overseas supply. Our experience in international logistics has given us a deep understanding of transport security and customs procedures that are unavoidable in today’s global market.
